It’s Tuesday and I am in that fuzzy place between books – I’m finishing Last Snow and I’m starting A Tiger in the Kitchen: A Memoir of Food and Family
. My Teaser is from Tiger in the Kitchen by Cheryl Lu-Tien Tan, which I need to get finished in time for my new wine and books club, Read Between the Wines, which meets next week.
You know the rules: give us 2 teaser sentences from your current read. Tell us a bit about the book but don’t spoil anything for us!
In this teaser, Cheryl is making cinnamon rolls, which involves taking the dough, sprinkling it with cinnamon and rolling it into a log. This is one occasion where I really did open to a random page and this really made me laugh:
Delicious did not immediately come to mind. (Uncircumcised, maybe.)
I can picture that so easily! (And now I want a cinnamon roll.)
What’s teasing YOU this week?
OMG! Great tease… and now I am never going to be able to make cinnamon rolls with out perverted thoughts going through my head. But I don’t mind.
Thanks for visiting my tease from Mind Games.
Current Contest * Master of Desire * Ends 4/21
Funny! Isn’t it great to actually do random occasionally.
Haha. Wow. Now I want to know what the heck is going on on that page. 🙂 Thanks for visiting my blog!

LOL awesome teaser! Thank you so much for visiting my blog!
LOL! That is too funny. Thanks for stopping by earlier. There definitely is a certain danger about reading sequels from authors who didn’t write the original. Sometimes you find something you love. Sometimes, however, you want to hurl the book across the room, which is saying a lot. LOL
Haha that’s really funny! (is it strange that I want a cinnamon roll right now!?)
thanks for stopping by my blog and showing some love!! :)))
Great teaser, definitely makes me want to check this out. Thanks for stopping by my blog.
This is hilarious! Thanks so much for reading and hope your book club enjoys it! It’s so funny that the word “uncircumcised” didn’t deter you and instead made you want a cinnamon roll. Now I am craving one, too…
LOL. Great teaser! I would have laughed as well. Obviously, since I did now… 😉
Interesting, indeed! LOL
Thanks for visiting! And, yes, I was part of BBPCon! 😉
Wonderful teaser! Hmmmm. Maybe I should do more baking. Or at least take a look at this book.
