This week, I’m in Aberdeen, Scotland for work. It’s a nice little city with a harbor, some shopping, lots of pretty old buildings and green hillsides, covered with sheep. At least, when it’s not raining. 🙁 I got a chance to get some fresh air this weekend, walk around the city and treat myself to a lovely dinner.

Now, in honor of my trip to Aberdeen, I am adding a new author to my TBR list. Stuart MacBride is a Scottish writer who has written a series of mystery novels (I like him already) set in Aberdeen. Sounds like something right up my alley!
