Hello from Cincinnati! This week has been super-hectic and I haven’t had much time for the website, but I do have some random photos from my latest trip to share.

Earlier this week, we took in a game at the Great American Ballpark, watching the Cincinnati Reds beat the Pittsburgh Pirates. First of all, anytime I get to see anyone beat Pittsburgh at anything, it’s a good day. (Lifelong Browns fan, here.) But it was a great evening out, the weather was perfect and the home team held on for a victory!

I’m very picky about bedding in hotels. I don’t know how anyone can sleep on those awful down pillows — it’s like sleeping with your head in a bowl of pudding! So I generally request foam pillows and my bed ends up looking like a bedding store…

And at the end of a rough week, a girl deserves something sparkly…
