Saturday Snapshot is hosted by Alyce at At Home with Books. To participate, post a photo that you (or a friend or family member) have taken then leave a direct link to your post in the Mister Linky. Photos can be old or new, and be of any subject as long as they are clean and appropriate for all eyes to see. How much detail you give in the caption is entirely up to you. Please don’t post random photos that you find online.

Cats do very strange things, as all cat owners know. I like to think CoCo knows how much I love books, and that’s why she always prefers to perch on a pile of them. Here she’s enjoying some early spring sunshine, sitting pretty on a stack of books, just daring me to disturb her to get to The Best of Punk Magazine there on the bottom! (She knows the review is due soon.)

Ha-ha! Love it…and yes, I’m sure she has watched you reading and knows you’re very fond of books.

My cats sit on my laptop if I’ve been on it too long…I know it’s warm but they also demand attention when they get jealous :) Love it!

  7. Comment by Brona:

Cat’s love a good view don’t they? My cat used to perch on top of my hard drive to watch me at work :-)

  8. Comment by Louise:

Cat’s can never resist a lovely spot of sunshine, and a bit of a stack.

  9. Comment by Deb Nance at Readerbuzz:

Cats are such meditative creatures, I think.

  10. Comment by Christine Harding:

Books and a cat – perfection! No Snapshot from me this week, because I only got back from Mum’s yesterday, but I like to see what everyone is doing!
