The weather has been lovely and I am trying to take advantage of that and of working from home this summer by getting out and walking. Not some power-walking workout, just a stroll in the sunshine, a chance to get myself up and moving on a regular basis. Today, I took the river segment of the local hike and bike trail. Technically, it runs along the river, but there is a big screen of greenery between the trail and the water. On the other side of the trail is a bike shop that looks a bit more like a junkyard; I’ll post those pictures another time. Today, it’s green and sunny and really wonderful.
